Just perfect vaca!!!

This house was just perfect for us after a very busy summer to unwind and relax. Clean, quite, and comfortable house to enjoy yourselves. Kitchen is big to make any meals you desire and plenty of space lounge after.

The only issue we have with this property is the distance from shopping, which has nothing to do with the property. Everything else is perfect. Our hidden gem

Nice House!

Home was very clean and comfortable. While the views were outstanding, access to the canal was difficult without an actual dock to launch from. Drive to the beach and town grew tiresome after first few days. About 30 minutes each way. Having access to the Community pool was nice but $15 a day per person was prohibitive. Should have been included in total price. Almost felt like they wanted to keep transiant renters away. Outside shower would have been appreciated after day at the beach. All in all we had a great vacation. Thank you. commcommuncomn

Good stay house provided basic needs for trip

Provides basic needs for trip, nothing extra or special about the property. Cleanliness lacking. Trailer with mulch and garbage parked in driveway whole time. Landscaping wheel barrels full of dirt and old plant trimmings around property. A lot of cosmetic things but nothing directly impacting our vacation. Kitchen minimal utensils but enough to get by. Paper towels, toilet paper, and dishwasher stuff they provide a starter package but need to bring own. Different then places we have stayed in past providing everything. Overall good place, nothing special. Additional cost for use of pool for 6 people is expensive. $90 a day or $75 per person a week.
