“The room facilities are old, TV remote control has no power, shower water too weak, room floor is not flat.”

“Nothing was too much trouble, the staff were excellant, super selection of food service was above and beyond, I cant thank the hotel enough. I am a single female traveller,I felt extremly welcome. . ”

“The room was spacious with very good facilities, such as dish washer, washing machine, cooking utensils. Staff were friendly and welcoming. However, room service was not provided during my 3-night stay that made the atmosphere a bit chaotic, especially the toilet hygiene. In addition, plants inside living room or dining room were dying without proper attention.”

“Hayle is a great spot to base off to explore Cornwall. The provided parking was ideal and staff were friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was with a weak WiFi at night, but i was at one end of the building. Overall, a great experience. ”
