「The host was darling and communicative. My trip entailed mostly business with a bit of pleasure. The bed is outrageously comfortable and made for cozy sleep when solid sleep was a priority. The space is marvelous and accurately depicted as the photos and videos. We appreciated the hosts flair for all things curious and exotic. 「It was not where it was listed but it was a good spot just had one set of bunks so one adult slept on the top. It was in the garment district near the empire state building. There was one bedroom with a double and the main part of the apartment had the other double with the bunk beds. The kitchen was good and stocked with basic dishes. 「The apartment was perfect! Location perfect! It was the coldest week of the year and the lockbox was buried under a foot of snow and they had someone come dig it out and open it for us! 9/10 I hold back the 1 because the welcome instructions say the property manager will contact you 2-3 hours before check in. And that didn’t happen I had to walk 2 blocks with 2 suitcases and bags because they didn’t call and the address wasn’t correct. Really frustrating in 15 degrees but it all worked out」

Appreciated late check out for a small fee but frustrating that our key card was not extended and the cleaners kept knocking and were not notified.
