"Hailey upon checking in did not give me any info on what was on site, hours, etc, The card did not work to enter bldg then my card did not work to enter room and room had a slight smell of urine possibly not sure but a slightly foul odor"

The check in/ check out process was quick and simple, which we all greatly appreciated.
