“Good for young party goers ONLY. Above an extremely loud restaurant for 300 people with loud music, techno DJ, live performers, inebriated guests until 2 am. Building front entrance always propped open by staff or random diners (all men) who would be sitting on the staircase smoking. Did not feel safe as a woman walking up 3 flights to my apartment. Nice location and new appliances. Clean enough but not thoroughly, corners not wiped, shower with mold. Bed comfortable. No couch just second bed.”

“The unit was very dirty with food crumbs on the kitchen counter and greasy fingerprints on the cupboard doors. The worst part was the sewer gas smell that permeated the unit that started while we were sleeping. It was so bad we had to keep the bathroom door closed and we avoided going in!! And there was only the one bathroom. We told the host of the problem and got no response at all. The redeeming quality of the apartment is the fantastic location.”

She explained everything to us about the apartment that we needed to know about. The owner was very thoughtful when I brought up a minor concern, he resolved the issue immediately. Communication was excellent. Elena gave us a departure gift. She also made it easy for an uber pick up to the airport at 330 am. That you Elena and Jack for your generosity”

"This is one of the closest hotel next to the train station. Good for if you have trips around south of France and Nice is your base. The toilet is very new. My assigned room has a red interior, I’m neutral to this style. Overall the hotel is clean and quite new. Air con is very good!!"
