“Amazing vacation. We loved everything about it. The butlers Ophelia and Kirby were both excellent. Most of the rest of the staff were also friendly and accommodating. The Landings itself has been very well maintained and updated, and the food is high quality, and service top notch. We stayed in a 3 bedroom on the beachfront with plunge pool, and did the all -inclusive for our family of 6 as well (4 kids 13 and under). We definitely thought it was all worth it. “I recently stayed at Secrets St. Lucia and unfortunately would not recommend this resort. The experience started off on the wrong foot with a very confusing check-in process that took nearly an hour. Throughout the stay, most of the staff came across as rude and disengaged, with a few notable exceptions—Sanchey, in particular, was wonderful and stood out for their kindness and professionalism. The rooms themselves were disappointing. They felt dirty and not well-maintained, although I will say……
