"Hotel was above our expectations. At the time we checked in, very pleasant gentleman greeted us and went above and beyond to provide us with information and to accommodate us with best option for our big family with small children. Next morning - a lady at the front desk, was a little bit unwelcoming. We requested an iron and ironing board and it took several attempts and 1.5h later we got it. Nice place with a few minor hiccups.
"Very comfy, nice breakfast, friendly staff. However, I did not like the fact that plastic cups were in the room instead of real glass. I refuse to drink from plastic, I would even prefer paper cups. To not offer real glasses to drink from just seems so cheap. Also, no basic kettle to heat water just the nespresso machine(which I always find so overrated), so I had to actually walk down to the lobby for hot water just to make myself a cup of tea. I always carry my own supply. It seemed like an annoying procedure when nearly every hotel from the Brunellesci in Milan to a guesthouse in Thailand provides a kettle."
