“I don't know what to say other than I don't understand how people can be reviewing this Hotel with excellence. What are they saying that we didn't see? We arrived to Hotel that was so beat down in appearance and so outdated that it looked like a huge Motel 6. Our room which I had to pay extra for for the beach side was awful. The mattresses were awful. There was an odor in the room that would not leave. There was absolutely no bath, soaps, shampoos, or lotions. The extra sheets were not wrapped……

There were black hairs on everything… The towels had black hair stuck to them, the counters had black hair on them, there were black hairs on the floor, etc. The dishes looked like they had just been used and stuck back in the cabinets. “I stayed in 1315 july 20th to the 25th, after returning the my condo after a few hour beach trip, my door code no longer unlocked my door. Tidewater staff, was zero help in resolving the issue, i was even told by a staff member(a bald man, I believe his shirt said director of operations) "if I want in the room, to call 911 and have the fire department open the door". What kinda response os that, after being locked out my room for 4 hours, a lock smith finally arrived to open the door. Thank you……

“Checking in was kind of hassle, considering I had already done and paid for the pre-check in but the staff was nice. There was no vending on my floor or several other floors. I was on the 26th floor and did not check every floor. An electrical outlet was loose and hanging down upon arrival. The property appeared to have had remodeling recently. I spoke of this at the front desk. Big nice rooms. Very clean. Great views! Definitely recommend this place and will stay again. ”
