Great getaway

Great location, simple check in process and easy access to the beach. Beautiful view, love Fort Morgan because there arent any high rises and it feels more private. I will be returning.

Great location

My daughter and I had a relaxing stay, the rental is close to two restaurants and a coffee shop within walking distance. Nice boardwalk to a beautiful beach. Close enough to Gulf Shores if you wanted or need more to do.

The views from the balcony was awesome! The pools and beach was clean, easy to get to. Being able to walk to get lunch/dinner was great.

Anniversary trip

Enjoyed quiet relaxing trip to celebrate wedding anniversary. Weather forced us to use balcony most of the trip but the view was fantastic.

Fantastic Location

We love staying at the plantations. It is our favorite resort. This was a great affordable option. Only complaint was no ladder for the bunk beds. We had to use a chair all week.

Spring break 2023

This spring break great was wonderful. We had a great view. We got to see dolphins jumping and playing in the water, right from our patio. The beaches were great and it was not far from the business Gulf Shore strip. We loved the baby pool and hot tub on the chilly nights.

Room With a View!

What an amazing property! It looks even better in person than it does in photos. The view from the balcony cannot be beat, it's just a short walk to the beach, and an even shorter walk to the indoor pool. We will 100% stay here again. It was clean, well stocked for our cooking needs, and the seating and beds were all comfortable.

This was our second year at this resort, first year in this particular condo. I couldn’t find a complaint if I tried, we love it here! It’s away from the hustle and bustle, right on the beach, and you cannot get a prettier view. It was perfect for us.

Honeymoon getaway

We took a quick trip to Fort Morgan for 3 nights after our wedding. We like the Fort Morgan area as it is not as commercialized as Gulf Shores. We visited the beach on the national wildlife refuge during the day and the point for sunsets in the evening. The condo had excellent views from the balcony! There is an adult only pool in addition to the family pool. We wished there had been a little bit of coffee as we arrived late, but we walked to the golf course snack/ice cream shop to find some. Overall it was a wonderful trip and the condo was great.

Perfect gulf views

Nice cozy condo. With smaller kids it fit our family of four well. With this being on the 2nd floor you have a perfect view over the dunes to the gulf. Short walk to the beach and the on site pools. The only things ( not a dealbreaker) I can think this condo would benefit from having would be a dish drying rack and a bit more flat counter top and/or storage space for food and goods.

Perfect for small family

We wanted an easy vacation after the holidays and this condo was perfect for our family. It was an easy walk to the beach or the indoor pool. It was not busy on the beach so we didn't have to fight for a spot by the water. The owner called me and told me when the rental was ready early which was much appreciated. I was able to cook our meals in the kitchen but it was also close enough to town for us to go out to eat whenever we wanted to.

Great Location

The condo is in a great location and we had a wonderful view of the Gulf. It was not crowded at all since we went in May. It might be loud during the main travel season after Memorial Day, as we could hear others (teens) going up and down stairs toward the end of the trip. But for the most part, it was pleasant and quiet. The unit was clean and had everything we needed! Also close to a couple of restaurants, so we didn’t need to go into Gulf Shores for meals.

Quaint, quiet getaway for ladies retreat!

We had a really nice stay, the condo was very clean and suited our needs just fine. I probably should have read more closely, as I did not realize the washer and dryer were outside the room and cost a couple dollars, not a complaint-- just an observation.. We were super close to the beach and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. No complaints 🙂. I would book again with the Gunns. Very nice and quick to respond to communication. 👍
