Great place to stay!

5 women on a Friend trip. Had enough space and bathrooms, close to beach (walked over easily), pool was nice, the inside/outside shower was cool. Would love to stay here again!

Great for kids

This home was perfect for our family get away. We stayed a week and have younger kids 1 and 3 and the pool was perfect to hop in for a quick swim in the mornings before going to the beach or to hang out in the afternoon. It rained a few of the days while we were there so the small pool was a lifesaver to keep them entertained. The home was very clean and kept very well.

Great cottage

We have stayed at a few of the cottages and this was by far the best one, almost too good, my kids did not want to leave. We loved the pool, location, and design. The TVs in the two smaller bedrooms did not work and the bedding could using some improvement. This is all minor stuff so overall 4.5 stars

Obtaining parking pass and cleanliness was poor

We loved the location and the house itself. The downside was having to call Vacasa 3 times for them to register us with the resort to obtain a parking pass. Also, the property was not “clean”. Our feet would turn black if we did not have shoes on.

Great Property and Cottage

My family and I were in Gulf Shores for a week for a Baseball tournament. We found that this property and cottage was fantastic. Cottage was very clean, spacious, and checked every box for us. Would definitely stay here again. Only con- Wish someone would have told us we cant fish in Ponds on the property. Was told by a passing neighbor in a rude way there was no fishing in the ponds. My son is 11 and didn't know any better and I didn't see any signs that said No Fishing by any of the ponds. Maybe I just missed it in the rules of the house or property, but would like better clarification on the house rental page.

The house was not cleaned.

The house was nice, however it was not cleaned. There was urine stains on the floor around the base of the toilet. Also, the shower and tube was not clean. There was hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor. The blue and white rug in the living room was dirty and had sand all over it. The pool area was dirty and had a lot of leaves and debris. My family cleaned the house and I called and reported it the next day. The representative asked me to send pictures and stated she would make a report, and someone would contact me. I have not heard from anyone. This is very disappointing and unacceptable.
