「I have booked the first night but when I checked in they said the room was not available anymore. Luckily I have colleagues to share the room out for me but I was exhausted after 14 hours flight and arrived hotel almost midnight and informed me this surprise :(」

Too many issues with the room, ac not working properly, window broken, water leaking which affected water pressure, this wasnt told to us at check in, only found out when we called to complain, they charge you £6 just to send up some ice.」
