The Harbor View Inn has a no customer service policy, I would give them a Zero rating if possible. The room at Harbor View Inn we booked with Expedia was not available, as the Harbor View Inn had over-sold the hotel.

One of the cleanest and nicely decorated places I've stayed at. Perfect location, breakfast place next door harbor across street with nice view. You definitely is the place I will visit again. I really can't think of any negatives except highway 1.could get a little loud at times but at night calm down. Great place!

I've stayed at Harbor View a couple times; I find it very comfortable and accessible to the harbor. The highway noise might bother some, but I am used to it. The only downside is the smell when the bbq place across the street is firing up their smoker; it's very strong and pervasive.
