「We had a wonderful 4th of July weekend stay, Nel at the front desk was amazing very friendly and attentive. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Best part was we were right on the Beach. We will be back again this time in a bigger room thanks Nel!」

「First appearance very clean and well maintained from the lobby to the room. Great staff always friendly and willing to help. Convenient location walking distance from restaurants and shops. Breakfast was good with everything from bacon and eggs to waffles.」

「Booked hotel room here for a king bed and beach view and couldn't have been more disappointed The room #109 was an end unit in the split-level basement. You actually had to exit into the stairwell to access it. I don't think it was originally meant to be a room to sleep in. It looked like a jail cell and smelled of mold. I think the pictures provided in the listing online are actually the sister hotel across the street. The room I was given looked nothing like what I signed up for. The bathroom...

「Room was outdated. Broken floor tiles. Freezer/fridge leaked from ice buildup in freezer. Needed painted. Other roo.s had been updated but this one I guess had yet to be done. Great view on oceanside though.」

「Good quiet location. Room size was great. Rooms in main tower a little dated but comfy and had full kitchen with needed supplies. We were overlooking the inside pool which was also nice. My only complaint would be the TV would not connect to internet as they were having an internet issue and there was no cable so we weren’t able to watch anything or really use tv.」

「Great location and plenty to do on the board walk and near by shops/ restaurants! Very central location. Rooms need TLC, they need to be upgraded. Old Carpet and dingy bathrooms. The lobby and restaurants are nicely remodeled and food is great」

「The staff was nice and there was a lot of parking. Other guests were arguing in the parking lot and there was big roaches in the hotel. Don’t recommend staying.」

「I killed 4 roaches in my room during my stay. The staff were very nice, but the property is run down. My kitchen area was a formica table and chairs, and microwave sitting atop a mini fridge. No sink! Also, I found a piece of broken glass beside my bed. I’m just thankful that I didn’t cut my foot!!! It was I could find at the time, but never again.」

「I want to start by saying that the staff was really friendly, however the hotel pictures on the website is not what the hotel looks like. There was a lot of rust and the paint coming of the walls also the elevators are crazy scary they didn't seem to be working properly at the time I was staying there, I stayed 6 days and only had room service once and that was only picking up the trash and giving me the clean towels I requested.」

「Beach access was great. The room was not very clean and there was broken glass on the floor of the bedroom. Luckily found before my littles stepped on it. The room was definitely in need of paint and fixing old worn walls and flooring. No bugs and it was just okay. No towels in the pool area so bring your own. I would not repeat stay unfortunately.」
