“The room was clean but we did have an issue with the shower everytime we were in it we started sneezing and coughing and the symptoms only went away when we left the room but other then that it was pretty good we had a great view of the ocean we didn’t use the laundry room the pools were great and the staffs were pretty nice”

“Nice location and nice check in staff. The room was the weirdest shape hotel room and had to be some design mistake or odd room that they made out of leftover walls. The TV is in the center of the room. The fridge and freezer didn't work. You have to get in the shower and turn the water on and get wet to warm it up. Noisy neighbors (not the hotel's fault). Breakfast food had plenty of options but not great quality. The juice machines didn't work at all. Good coffee. Glad to only be there 2……

“The staff was extra accommodating after my son and I unfortunately got food poisoning. They were so kind and even offered to bring us ginger ale when I asked for extra towels. The customer service was excellent in helping us extend our stay. We would definitely book again for the price for the service alone.”

“That place hasn't been updated since it was built!! Felt very unsafe for many reasons. First off, the window locks are broken so I had to wedge the windows for safety. There were pizza flyers stuck in the door and a note taped to the dresser warning about pizza flyers in the door! My keys didn't work and maintenance never came so I left to take my kids to dinner and an event and when we returned at 10:30pm, the keys still didn't work. The front desk called maintenance and then moved our room.……

“I killed 4 roaches in my room during my stay. The staff were very nice, but the property is run down. My kitchen area was a formica table and chairs, and microwave sitting atop a mini fridge. No sink! Also, I found a piece of broken glass beside my bed. I’m just thankful that I didn’t cut my foot!!! It was I could find at the time, but never again.”
