“I loved that the hotel was walking distance (like a minute) from the airport. The continental breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I’ve had; plenty of options. The staff was very friendly (shoutout to Sharday), we had one issue, but they took very good care of us. The manager was also very hospitable! When visiting Rochester again, my mom & I will definitely stay here!”

“Bathroom floor needed cleaning. And bed was horribly uncomfortable.. was given a handicap room.. and bed seemed to be to accommodate that. Lower on one side and horribly uncomfortable.. staff did offer to change room but wasn’t able as affair we were there for would have been missed.. Why put someone in a room like that if you had other rooms to begin with.. have stayed here before but will not again.. For the price room should be clean too”

“Rooms are specious clean and kitchen is good. Do not expect any assistance from the staff, they don’t even pick up calls. I was told that if I needed fresh towels, I had to carry the used ones to the front desk myself. Housekeeping was only offered once during a 7-day stay, and that too only after I asked. There were also numerous instructions about disposing of our own trash.”

“The Dartmouth House Inn is a wonderful place to stay. The room was spotless and cozy along with the common areas. The bed was ultra comfy and breakfast was included too. Milena and Gary were fantastic, they made you feel right at home. We stood in the Honeye room on the 3rd floor. This room includes off street parking which is a plus in this neighborhood. Rochester has a unique parking rule where vehicles need to be moved to the otherside of the street after a certain time. That said, I do……
