"The customer service was outstanding at this property. I have no idea how we received VIP status, unless Expedia arranged this, but my kids and I were given the 5 star treatment, including vouchers to use in the restaurant. I highly recommend this property to anyone staying in the area."

Hyatt Place Hampton Convention Center
10/10 Excellent
"Wonderful staff, the breakfast selection was great, and the place was clean. We would definitely stay there again."
"The decor was beautiful and peaceful, the breakfast excellent, loved the porch for reading (and the library), and the Innkeepers were so friendly and attentive. Next time I plan to be in the Hampton area, I will stay again. "
"This home was in a very nice neighborhood, with friendly neighbors. Manager and owner were very communicative and everything went smoothly. It was a great stay for us. "
"It was good but upon arrival a dead roach was found in one of the bedrooms, a roach antenna coming from the top of the bathroom door downstairs , and the bathroom upstairs had a weird smell coming from the sink, underneath ALL the sinks were pretty dirty. There is no cleaning supplies, only a mop and a swiffer. But overall, was a good stay."
Family friendly in Hampton with huge yard, dog park, and 2 blocks from the bay

"Location - Nice spot in Hampton. The immediate streets are quite nice. Felt safe. Location adds a little time to drive to Norfolk attractions & restaurants. Amenities - had the basics! Nice quiet back yard. Cleanliness was ok, could have been a little cleaner from the dog. Great value price-wise. "
