「Staff friendly. Breakfast very good although not included. Many amenities for kids next to Busch Gardens. Bed nice, however ceilings and carpet not clean and dilapidated. I had very limited options to cancel second day; would have been reimbursed very small amount;That was unacceptable. Probably more options if had booked through hotel. Did not see a phone number on Expedia to call directly.」

「The room was adequate but there was mold/mildew on the ceiling above the sliding door that ran into the room. They hotel knew because they painted over the issue. That was difficult to sleep through at night as everyone in our room seemed to close up due to the mildew. The room was overall clean, well maintained, the beach view was a joke. 「The building and the staff were great! Such a cute property and a really nice room. Only downside was that it was pretty loud due to traffic noise outside (and an early morning party in the parking lot next door). But the staff and amenities were really top notch, and breakfast was very tasty both days!」
