The property is beautiful, very well maintained, and has the best location in Grace Bay, both at the beach (clean of seaweed) and walking distance to restaurants and a supermarket. Is very quiet because the condos are privately owned, but they clean your place daily and there’s waiters at the pool and beach. Never had to wrestle for a pool or beach chair and never felt overcrowded.」
