"This property was lovely - just as shown. The Sunrise Ridge team was very responsive when I had questions and even brought over a pitcher so we could make iced tea. The property was well appointed and we used the kitchen often. We enjoyed the pool and surrounding patio area. We also used the supplied sand chairs when we went to the beach. Beds were very comfortable. The extra large washer and dryer were great. At first I thought having 3 different a/c units (main room and each bedroom) would be cumbersome but it actually worked out really well since one bedroom liked it distinctly cooler than the other."

"Our 5th time on this gorgeous island over the past 10 years - Staying 7 nights at this property for the first time. We booked the room through Expedia where this is a VIP access property and free upgrade was included but was never offered (given property seems relatively empty, assuming availability). Rooms: - Quite dated.. dirt and grime on the shades and the bathroom. We found couple of large glass bottle shards on the sofa and hesitating to let our 11 month roam around. - One AC for the entire cottage. Booked this place because it is advertised in Expedia as AC in the bedroom. Due to this reason - you pretty much have to leave doors open at all times and defeats the purpose of having a two bedroom cottage. Service: - Security staff is very friendly and helpful. Restaurant staff (Ruth) is extremely rude and acts like she hates her job and everyone involved in the process. We discussed this with other guests and everyone feels the same. Every morning, we need to endure this for the breakfast.. - Breakfast is the exact same plate everyday. It is not continental as advertised and they prep and serve the same plate. You can order extras to balance it which we've been doing. Location: - No concerns here. If you didn't do any research to find out this is not a beach property, that'd be on you. We have a rental car and that gets us anywhere we like. Beach had umbrella and chairs, no service. Overall: - If I knew these cottages are so old and lacking amenities at ~$500 per nig"

"Stayed for 17 days and the place was nice with amazing views. Very quite. Hidden Beach is an absolute gem. The most people we ever saw on the beach was 8. I travel a ton and this was the best/most responsive communication I have ever received. Terri and her crew were awesome. "

"A perfect location to access all the beautiful beaches around Providenciales! 10-20 minutes to get most places. Make sure to check out Hidden Beach, just 5 minutes down the road to the east. The house was perfect for our group of four adults and four kids ages 6-9. Having a pool, kitchen, and laundry was exactly what we wanted. There are some pool floats at the house, laundry detergent and leftover bug spray and sun screen from past guests. You’ll need to buy (or pack) all your kitchen needs, including seasonings, oil, tinfoil, etc. We rented a few beach chairs and umbrellas to throw in the cars for our beach adventures. You also have access to Royal West Indies which was a great way to experience Grace Bay Beach for a couple of days. The house manager, Indi, is responsive and helpful with any issues that may arise. Absolutely would stay here again!"
