"Is a bit dated. Stayed on the 9th floor was told could only use one elevator to get up there. Between selected times (not known to guest) the elevator is used to take the hotels laundry down which does occupy a bit of time if you need to get going. The internet service isnt that great so ordering room service the card machine cant work so still will need to head downstairs to pay (room was fully paid already and no card was added to the system). But stayed at the hotel for the closeness to the arena which is only 5mins (if that)!"

"5-Star Stay at Leonardo Hotel Watford! I recently stayed at the Leonardo Hotel in Watford and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome. A special shoutout to Allen at reception, who was incredibly helpful, professional, and made check-in seamless. He answered all my questions with a smile and ensured I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. At the bar, Belle and Ashwin were absolutely wonderful. They were friendly, attentive, and made the bar feel like a relaxed, welcoming place to unwind after a long day. Their service was top-notch, and their warm personalities really stood out. Overall, a great stay made even better by the amazing team. I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in Watford! "

"Great hotel, short walk to wembley. We had a road facing room, nice little balcony, hardly any noise from the road. Everything was clean. Tea selection in the room was really good. There is a £50 deposit which is taken on check in and returned the same day you check out. "
