「The staff didn’t have a smile face and had no patience to answer customer’s questions. We booked 3 persons’ room, but only had 2 persons stuff(cup, towel etc) in the room. The hotel service is not good. Only I appreciated the Starbucks staff had a smile face and serviced us well.」

「Stayed in the suite with a king size bed and the room was a very nice size. Even with a king size bed and hot tub in the room, it felt spacious ands open. The dual head walk in shower room was big enough to fit 4 people comfortably and the toilet being own separate room with door is always nice for added privacy. Staff was great and even included a complementary bottle of sangria with the stay. Grounds are nice sized and well kept. Worth the money imo. 」

「The hotel was very nice, clean and comfortable. Xavier at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. He recommended places to eat and was one of the most professional employees I have ever met. The breakfast was nice and I definitely would stay here again.」

「Stayed 5 nights to attend the nearby RV show. The room exceeded my expectations. Clean and well laid out. The bathroom was a little dated but still worked well for us. The staff were great. Needed some room items on our 3rd day and the front desk had everything. Housekeeping is performed after your 3rd night. Signs are posted. One surprise was the number of items offered during the morning breakfast buffet. Had a pleasant stay. 」
