“The room had a nice Jacuzzi in it. The staff was helpful and friendly.
However the hotel need a little shop to sell few items. Also, the rooms seems old. A little upgrade on rooms, like the tiles for bathroom, sliding doors need replacing or servicing and the dresser. Also, the pillows were worn out. The shower was either hot or cold, it didnt seem to have a balance.
Just a little work on the rooms and it will be a good hotel.”

“Our stay fell far below expectations for an all-inclusive resort. Most restaurants were closed, food options were extremely limited, and the concierge was unable to secure a required restaurant reservation. Service was inconsistent, and liquor availability varied by location.
Housekeeping was a recurring problem. We waited approximately three hours for towels, had to retrieve toilet paper ourselves, and experienced inconsistent room cleaning despite being told there was a $25 cleaning fee. Our……

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A True Hidden Gem in Barbados!
We spent three wonderful nights in the Serenity Room, and the name truly sets the tone. Owner Ann Marie has meticulously crafted every room and detail to create a unique experience that far exceeded our expectations.
The property is filled with uplifting and inspiring messages that gently remind you to live life fully and enjoy every moment. The made-to-order breakfast was absolutely to die for—fresh, delicious, and prepared with care.
A special thank you……
