「Stayed one night for a special occasion. Arrived to an empty reception and waited to be let in by the staff who says he's living there. Room was tired and needed a deep clean — springy noisy bed, dust, cobwebs and spiders. Worst part: a huge dog barking and running around directly above us all night and from 7am, which cost us our sleep and our breakfast.
