「Big room and good mattress only」

「Nice staff, with one wonderful birthday trip.」

「Convenient location, nicely appointed room.」

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the train station and extremely convenient. 「From arrival to departure, the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating to our needs. We enjoyed the full English breakfast and overall food experience. 「Not bad. Nice lobby but room and bathroom much smaller than expected. Only one chair/ space to sit part from the bed.」

Well, the rigidity of the staff clouded the judgement that we have not got the room to ask for an advance booking for the breakfast buffet. Wish...
