“The owners of the Swell Motel were extremely friendly. They greeted us personally for our evening check-in. The amenities at the property are fabulous. They thought of everything. The outside kitchen areas, equipped with all the necessary utensils, were easily accessible. They also offered bikes and kayaks to use during your stay. The rooms were new in design and had everything you would need for a few-night stay. We will be back! ”

“Unique! You are right above the waves crashing all day long! Then miles of open beachfront to walk, look for shells, just enjoy. Jamie at the front desk is warm and friendly and so determined to make sure you have an awesome experience. The property has the gorgeous weathered wood so typically Outer Banks.”

“Staff were fantastic and very helpful. Breakfast was a great start for the two days we were there. The bed was very clean and super comfortable! The small dock on the sound was a bonus, I was able to get a little fishing time in. We look forward to visiting this Inn again! ”
