“This place was amazing! So clean and SO creative. Lots of cute frog-themed touches. They definitely put heart in to developing this oasis. Definitely arrive in the afternoon if possible so you can enjoy the property. The waterfalls and creeks are gorgeous! Be sure to eat before you arrive or bring food, as nearby options are limited. We are SO happy that we stayed here. Xoxo ”

“Beautiful setting, very clean, a few uninvited guests but no worries, all good. Small refrigerator holds a few days worth of poke, side dishes and drinks. Late last night, wild pigs were at the front doorway and got into the trashcan. Nothing to be alarmed about as long as your mindful of their damagous behavior. Mahalo Jessica!”

“We could not have loved this place more! Wish we had stayed for the whole week. The location can’t be beat, basically right around the corner from the national park but feels a world away. The home is clean and very well appointed with everything we could have needed (and some lovely extras like the towel warmer!). The hot tub was so nice after long hikes in the park, especially while listening to the rain hit the roof of the covered lanai. I loved everything about our stay and hope to return.……

“Aloha! This was one of the coolest place me and my boyfriend have ever stayed at. We loved it so much all the nature all the beautiful things to see just being off the grid felt so peaceful and relaxing. Definitely will stay here again. Thank you so much to Dawn! “The cabin was tucked away at the back of the property within the ohia forest. It was perfect size for two people. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need. And the hot tub was a huge bonus. It was such a peaceful stay.”

“Great communication with the host. We really enjoyed the stay and the beautiful setting. The only recommendation I would make is to have the dehumidifier be self draining, as it got pretty damp unless we were able to empty it at least 3-4 times a day.”

“A great deal and situated on Alicia drive south of the Kailua-Kona nightlife district. The place was clean and comfortable and very attractively priced. Definitely the Hawaiian Hale experience! The landlord was very nice and obviously invested in our having a pleasant stay. To access the unit younger to climb a stairwell - don't rent this unit if you are unable to handle stairwells or have small (mobile not babies!) children. Perfect for a couple! Classic Hawaiian experience but not the classic……
