My friend & I had an incredible time staying at The Ridge condo. It was close to many beaches (walking distance) and the condo itself was very clean and had more than enough room for the 2 of us. We enjoyed every minute of our stay!

We always come back to Kapalua - this was our 24th visit!! We’ve rented through Ridge Realty for many years - maybe 10+. We plan to be back next year and plan to rent through Ridge Realty again! Ridge Realty is a pleasure to work with. They have a great selection of villas to choose from.

We loved staying at Kapalua Ridge and hope to be back soon!! I have already recommended Ridge Realty to others! Diane was wonderful and allowed us to check out late and was very flexible with our check-out time, which allowed us to enjoy our day when we had late flights. She was also very kind and made sure we were enjoying our time on Maui.

The villa is amazing, great location. Only issue is with the shuttle service, it’s primitive in the sense that you have to call on the phone, and the dispatcher (Clarence or Gladis, something like that) is very rude and unprofessional frequently.

The condo was located in a great area and we certainly enjoyed the beaches, walking and access to other parts of the island. The condo is dated and could use some updating. The biggest problem for me was the listing said there was access to a fitness room at the nearby resort hotel. On our first day that was not evident and we inquired about this, even sending a screenshot to the host. They said I could buy a weeks membership at a gym in town. It's unfortunate that a property can mislead a guest and expect the guest to pay for their mistake. I didn't want to have to drive to a gym and when I said they could buy me a pass at the nearby resort facility that was mentioned in their listing, they did not get back to me. Lastly, they deleted the fitness room on the amenities page shortly after we talked about it so no else is mislead.

It had been a few years since visiting Maui and Kapalua but, we were not disappointed. The Ridge condo was well furnished, lots of supplies (oils, seasonings, etc) and located convenient to the beach and hiking trails. This unit has a more limited view of Oneola Bay, but still beautiful. Will likely return again.

Having stayed at several units managed by Ridge Realty Rentals, Unit 914 remains one of our favorites. The kitchen has absolutely everything you may need, and more. 914 is also very well maintained and incredibly clean. It's location provides lovely views and is conveniently located to the BBQs and amenities at Pool 1. Exceptional service year after year. The Ridge Realty team is professional, friendly and responsive.

We had a great time in Maui. We particularly love to stay in Kapalua. Staying at this unit further enhances our experience. Very happy with the unit, very well kept and very clean with a fully equipped kitchen that met all our needs. Also reasonably priced. I would highly recommend to all my friends Our experience dealing with Ridge Realty was wonderful. They were responsive and professional and helpful in every way.
