“The staff was very welcoming and the check-in area/lobby was different and nice. We reserved a king room but they don't have one on the ground floor and they don't have an elevator so ended up on the ground floor in a room that must have had previous bathroom flooding and the restroom smelled like old diapers. I had planned on taking a bubble bath but the tub had rust spots and no stopper. This was advertised as a "Best Western Plus" and my expectations were way higher than they provided……
