「I was bamboozled with the photos of the room, it didn't look like the photos, it was run down first of all and we had to wait for 15 minutes for someone to come to the desk to check us in and when someone did come to the desk he was half asleep and asked for our identification then it took him 15 minutes to get the repeated speech out of his mouth about rules and regulations of that badly needed a remodel and renovations immediately dump of a motel, when we got to the room OMG! It was a rat...

「We chose the queen suite. It was very nice and very comfortable. The bed was super comfy. Very well maintained and we loved the town of Hendersonville. The room had everything we could have needed. I would recommend, for sure!!! We will be back.」

「The entry keypad didn’t work when we arrived. There are no night stands next to the bed. No area to put your clothing to unpack. The restaurant closes early…8pm. The property is not being maintained well. Good thing, is that it is nearby Biltmore and Asheville.」

「The room was clean, but you could still smell cigarette smoke even though it's a non-smoking room. only If you're a smoker, you'll be fine at this property because everywhere you go, there are people smoking. Someone even decided to leave their dirty socks in the parking spot next to us. The breakfast area wasn't cleaned once while we were eating, and it was dirty, with some people 'packing' multiple plates and cups, which left the breakfast bar empty. Overall, I wouldn't stay again, but for one...
