“Très bel hotel, personnel très sympathique et à l'écoute, excellent restaurant, concerts chaque soir. Mais chambres mal insonorisées, belle piscine extérieure inutilisable car eau froide, pas d'activité dans la journée, spa très cher er seulement utilisable 1 heure pour un séjour d'une semaine. Petite piscine intérieure seulement accessible avec le spa. Loin de tout si vous n'avez pas de voiture et sans acçès à la mer.”

They set you up with a mobile app upon arrival that was also very helpful if you’re worried about a language gap. The buffet food was very good and you can also pay for à la carte meals at one of four restaurants! So worth the stay”

“We had a great stay at Creta Maris Resort. The all inclusive setup makes it super relaxing – you don’t have to think about anything and can fully unwind. Most staff were friendly and helpful, except for one or two at Enomy Restaurant whose English made communication tricky, and the luggage staff who seemed a bit indifferent. Food-wise, I recommend booking the à la carte restaurants. Buffets offer variety but are average in quality. Enomy has more choices than Estia. We tried Alatsi – excellent……

“Generally very nice hotel, some areas I think need to be modernised, the safe in the room did not work even though I mentioned it to Reception twice. Sun beds were generally always available, which was a good thing and the slides in the waterpark were excellent for children. Food was excellent in each restaurant we went to.”

“An amazing all inclusive hotel with excelente facilities and great Food. The rooms are nice and clean. It is a very big hotel but you only feel this at meal times. There are many different pools to choose from. The beach is right there with lots of sun beds. The only slight downside is for us it wasnt the best location to go out but we made it work by using taxis arrancies by recepción. I would definately stay again”

“We had never been to Crete before and we have loved it. The hotel is in a beautiful setting with sea views. All the staff are fantastic, excellent service and incredibly helpful when organising excursions. The rooms we had were clean and met our expectations. Being slightly outside Agia Pelagia itself means that it is a little quieter but it is easy to get to the beach when you want to. The food we had at the hotel surpassed our expectations, breakfasts were plentiful of high quality and great……
