“The room was clean, comfortable and the staff was friendly. For those who are afraid of vermin, there was NO SIGNS whatsoever of either bugs or other vermin.. It was CLEAN. This is a place that is no frills, but for what you're paying for you get a lot, and a comfortable place to rest your head. We would absolutely go back when we're visiting the Pittsfield area.”

“It can be hard trying to choose a place to stay lately, especially since AI has blown up. I'm so happy I gave this place a chance. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Not once did I feel like they didn't want to be there. When we checked out at noon (which is an amazing checkout time), they held our luggage and bags for us. When we came back many hours later they offered to let us use the restroom before going to the train station. Most places in NYC don't want anything to do with you……

“Every point of contact I had at 33 Main was friendly, efficient, and accommodating. It’s evident Donna and her team run the inn with love. It’s clean and gorgeously furnished on the inside. You’ll recognize it from the outside, because it’s the most charmingly decorated on the block. I stayed in the Cliffwood room, which was the perfect size for me as a solo traveler (in other words, although smaller than the other rooms, it did not feel too small). “Worst motel ever. the front desk lady is extremely rude. It was a very cold night, the bed blanket on bed is thin, 10:30 PM. I came to front desk to try to get another thicker blanket, but nobody was there. I nocked the door, ring the bell, called the phone. Nobody answered. Until 11:00 PM, she came out from inside. She was very unhappy that I disturbed her. She said there is no additional blanket in the motel. What ? You run a motel business and no blanket? I questioned her,  And she changed……
