Hershey Golf Hotel

"No one at the front desk upon arrival. Had to track the manager down. Other than that, everything was fine."

"Abby, front desk, Eric, bar tender, Elaina, restaurant greeter, were outstanding, great group of employees, they so made my stay wonderful!!!!"

"I had paid for a room with a hot tub. That didn't happen. The first room I was put in stank of cat urine. The second room haded a bathroom with cracked sink housing and a filthy tub. It took more than 10 minutes for the water to get warm enough for a shower. The bed looks like it's falling apart. The thermostat couldn';t be regulated. Sorry to say this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in."

"Booked a king size bed on Expedia and when I got to the hotel after waiting 20 minutes for the one person in front of me to get checked in they told me they had no king size bed rooms and couldn't refund me because I booked through Expedia and not them. This is also the only hotel that I've ever been to that didn't have complimentary coffee in the lobby in the morning. I will definitely not be staying here again when I go back to Hershey. "

"We had a spill on the floor and when we wiped it up, the cloths were black. That is how dirty the floor was. Sheets and beds were clean and the bed was comfortable. There was no coffee pot available in our room."

"No amenities at property, not even a coffee maker. Property is undergoing a remodel and is filthy. No daily room services offered, such as clean towels or garbage collection. "
