“The studio was small but comfortable and very clean. The location is excellent: just a block from Rockaway Beach, close to great restaurants, and convenient to the S train. “Great small place to stay if all you care about is the beach. That is what I was looking for and so I was very happy. The rooms are very small and the walls are thin. But I was okay with that. My only complaint that Echoes others is that the shower was lukewarm at best. But it's safe enough clean enough quiet enough etc.”

“We had a great stay at the High Tide for our family of 4, just a few minutes walking distance from popular Beach 98. It was clean, comfortable, well maintained. Great communication from management. There is a ton of great food spots all over Rockaway Beach and the High Tide is close to many of them (recommend Uma's, Claudette, Roasters, Bungalow Bar, Tacoway Beach, the decadent frozen pina colada at Connelly's, and pretty much everything at Beach 98 and Beach 105).
