"Absolutely lovely little hotel, that offers spacious rooms ( hard to find in big cities of Japan). Front desk hours are well pronounced, and there was always someone at those hours. Its only few rooms hotel, so do not expect an attendances or room service. If you are looking for spacious, two beds room, this is a great find. There was a refrigerator in the room, bathtub and shower and everything you need, easy to find, great location "

"Such a nice and convenient location. Only five minutes walk from the Kyoto station. Easily accessible for bus services. Staff is super friendly. I loved their amenity bar. They also offer ice creams, and drinks for snack. Also, got my kids involved in some kid activities that they had inside the hotel. All in all great property I would definitely go there again. Highly recommend recommended. "
