「We stayed for 6 nights at this lovely family-run guesthouse. It is welcoming, cosy and clean in a quiet but charming village. Breakfast was always tasty, varied and fuelled our hours of snowboarding. The triple room with the private bathroom was generous in size, comfy and warm. Hot baths post slopes were a highlight of every day, and the laundry, space to store snowboards etc were helpful. 「Tolles altes Haus, ohne Luxus, aber netter, hilfsbereiter Chef, große küche zum Austauschen mit anderen Gästen, viele Möglichkeiten in dem kleinen ort wie Wandern, Radtour, Onsen, Museum, einheimische Lebensmittel, Reisfelder... in der nähe Seen, Matsumoto-Burg.... alles total entspannt und erholsam」

「Great experience in such nice small onsen hotel. We stayed in the room with outdoor private pool to enjoy the relaxing onsen any time. Our dinner and breakfast were served in a private room, and the room has provided the toys to kids so that we could enjoy the food. Staff are always helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend if you are driving and wish to escape from a busy city. 」

「我以為book左間房，原來係成間獨立屋，有兩層。千五蚊book左咁大間屋我好surprise.而且乾淨企理，相信佢事前有滅過昆蟲，雖然係係花草樹木隔離都無咩昆蟲入屋，而且備有殺蟲水，我很安心。呢度係寵物渡假的，雖然人人拉住隻狗仔但我無，不過我都住得好開心。附近有間收八點的aeon,買密瓜酒店都有刀開，正！唯一美中不足的係位置有點偏僻，同埋七點幾八點己經好多店收晒，食野就少啲選擇。如果想玩激流呀滑翔傘就要去之前一早book定。若果冬天去，一定漫山雪景，靚爆！不過白馬距離立山黑部都有少少距離架！渣車都要要一個鐘去扇X站。靚屋靚景係有少少代價的。」

「Staying at La Terra Resort was an absolute dream. The atmosphere, the perfectly curated property, and the delicious meals were all wonderful—but what truly made the experience unforgettable were the people. 「旅館主人友善好客、細心有禮。旅館整潔、寧靜。逗留了五個夜晚，雖然每一日只是吃完早餐便前往景點，但每一天早飯時間她們都會貼心地詢問我們的感受，昨日的旅程如何，準備不同款式的早餐，推介長野周圍的景點、餐廳都讓我們感到非常溫暖。地點可能比較偏遠，每晚回旅館需要駕駛一段挺長的山路，但到朝早看到旅館附近景色，也是值得的。」

「酒店負責人並不幫忙，不懂英語，連簡單請他代叫的士，他都沒有應承，問他有關穿梭巴士安排，他只給時間表，再多一句解說也沒有，酒店的房間是很細小，兩個人住面積大概是四張榻榻米的面積，浴室廁所是公用的，極為罕有的痞廁，廁所格細到連開門轉身都有困難，廁所的清潔亦欠佳，附近沒有食店，只能夠徒步10分鐘去便利店買杯麵。」

"Far exceeded our expectations: it is the price of a regular hotel, but you have the hospitality of an onsen ryokan: 1. It has an outdoor onsen at the top floor. There’re people sharing with you, but it’s big enough for you to relax. It has sauna by the way. 2. After onsen, the free ice bars, the comics will definitely entertain you. The same location offers free yakult drink in the morning. 3. After 9pm, there is free ramen. Yes, free. And the taste is good! 4. Room is like new and clean. Service is good. I need extra blankets and pillows and they come in no time. Parking is like 1100 yen per night nearby."
