「Our crew enjoyed a delightful time in the Kyoto farmhouse. The hosts were most accommodating, Hideo-San is a man of many talents, and his wife is compassionate and very kind. The house itself had the necessary items for cooking and living comfortably. There is a very sweet café, which features kitties and delicious food just a few footsteps away. If we ever find ourselves in this part of the world again, we will certainly reach out and reconnect with these sweet landlords. 」

「Very nice authentic onsen hotel, conveniently located just next to the Togetsu-kyo bridge. Private bath in room is also nice and clean, food is good up to general onsen hotel standard, you can see food has been prepared with lots of thought.」

「Our stay with Hideo and his family made our entire trip to Japan. Saying this is a vacation home does not do it justice. It’s more like staying with family. 「This hotel is just amazingly wonderful from the location, service and room size/condition. We stayed here for the last two days of our Kyoto cherry Blossom vacation 2025 and I must say the highlight of the 9 days trip would have to be this hotel.
