「A pleasant cottage, but there is no access to back garden as 2 very large dogs were there. They also scratch / jump at the back door (in lounge) in the middle of the night! Front garden not as pretty as picture with some dog mess and dogs watching through gate. Lastly boiler is in bedroom so you can hear when it comes on. 」

「This was, by far the worst place we have ever rented and we have rented a lot of places. It was filthy. There were mouse droppings in the kitchen cupboards and in the one small pot and one small pan we were to used for cooking (believe me there was no cooking done in them!) there was a dirty pizza encrusted pan in the oven. Dust and cobwebs hung everywhere. The yard was totally unkempt and nothing like the photos. Sad too, because underneath the neglect, were the bones of a beautiful garden....

「We fell in love with this property and wish we could have extended our stay for at least a few more days, but we had other plans to move on to. The beautiful home is set upon a hill with amazing views of the countryside. 「The barn is situated on a family farm with the owner, Wendy, living in a neighbouring property. We were made to feel incredibly welcome by Wendy, a lovely welcome pack with cake, biscuits and fudge and even treats for our dog. Nothing is too much trouble and the cottage is equipped with all you could need and more. Although there were only two of us when we travelled, it is very spacious and would be ideal for a larger family with ample parking right outside and a lovely courtyard garden area.」
