"We were upgraded to a suite which was great. So much room. While some of the common spaces are starting to show their age the room was great and fairly modern. "

"Excellent service. As a repeat guest I feel very welcomed & valued. I really enjoy the well appointed & great size gym, pool & steam room area. The recently updated floor covering in the changing rooms is a huge improvement. The service in the chandelier lounge always leaves me feeling appreciated as a solo traveller. Exceptional breakfast area & service. "

"Overall this was a great stay. Especially if you want to cook most of your trip! The kitchen comes fully quipped with utensils and bowls/plates. Literally as if you were living by yourself in a apartment. I was expecting an apartment vibe, with a kitchen etc, but I didnt expect to have utensils and such so that was a great surprise. I arrived at 9am, so I was expecting to get in my room later on. Although, there was an option for early check in, so I went ahead and requested, but only if it was easily available. If not, I was going to have them store my luggage so I could roam. I got in my room early and settled in so that was fantastic. Walking distance to majority of places! I went to the harbour most of my time, but if the walk was more than 30 minutes, and I was tired, I'd just uber instead. I'd stay here again for sure! "

"Positives:- Staff are great. Close to everything, cheap stay. Negative:- Rooms need a refresh. Beds were uncomfortable, laundry/bathroom had an odor, Sofa was uncomfortable to sit in. "

"Private double room was cute and functional, although a little small. Bathroom sink tiny. Bed reasonably comfortable. Some noise from bar music, but not unbearable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great central location. Enjoyed the stay."
