"It’s 149am I haven’t been able to sleep at abd Ihsve high blood pressure condition.there is music playing constantly playing. This is not good for me. I have a 20 hr flight to Africa. I have tried to call several times to the front desk to if they switch my room. There is no answer. Am very disappointed, sad and upset."

Filled with people under the influence (walk-ins that were coming and going to the bar we assumed) dressed inappropriately. We arrived on a Friday night and left first thing the next morning. Will never trust the ratings from hotels.com again. "
