The hotel facilities are clean and comfortable. The lobby provides hot tea, iced water, and coffee throughout the day, which is a nice touch. The room was clean and well maintained, and the double-bed room actually has two large beds, which is more than sufficient for a family stay.
However, the check-in process was poorly organized, which significantly affected our experience. We arrived at 11:00 a.m. and understood that check-in starts at 3:00 p.m., so we registered in advance and left……
