"Wonderful place with such a beautiful decor. It is a ideal place to stay to get away and be able to have quick access to the beach and hearing music outside your balcony window. Also having access to the pool and close by restaurants without having to drive is an added bonus. "Nice place with a ell kept back yad area, very pretty and relaxing. It does take several flights of stairs to get to the beach, but nice quiet beach and the included beach service was a huge benefit! Great location!"

"I chose this property because of the easy access to the beach. My sister is 72 and has bad knees and IBS. After we had booked the property I called the host to ask about a company that will set up chairs for us each morning. I was told that we couldn’t use a setup company because we couldn’t sit on the beach! If I hadn’t called her about the setup we wouldn’t have known this ahead of time. "This was our first time staying at Gulf Place and Santa Rosa Beach. My husband and I loved our time there. The studio was at a great location. You’re right across the street from the beach, literally a 2 minute walk. Restaurants and coffee shop all within walking distance. For spring break time, it was busy, but didn’t feel overcrowded. The studio was perfect for us and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend!"

"My main issue is I did not realize it was on a busy road. From the photos it looks like it’s in the woods. A few easy fixes would improve rating. Close to great bars and restaurants plus beach although r weather was wet and windy"

"We stayed here for family outing in November. The property is well described- roomy house and bedrooms- comfortable. The big selling point for us was the open front deck when weather was nice and then the front screened in porch for rainy days or buggy nights. Good location and free bikes are a plus."
