“We had a great stay at Ximena. The hotel is modern with great amenities. The staff was always available and helpful. The hotel is located only a few blocks away from all the restaurants, shops and the beach. The hotel is quiet (except for a few roosters in the morning ;-) ). ”

“The staff here is super lovely, and we had a wonderful stay. One night, a blackout knocked out our A/C and we were generously upgraded to a nicer suite (with A/C in tact). The pool is beautiful (though it doesn't have any shade) and the location is perfect for walking into town without being so 'in it' that it's loud. Would recommend.”

“We stayed in the Family Selection with 2 other families. The staff was amazing, especially Moses who was very friendly and helped calm my son down when he tripped and fell on the morning we were leaving. We ended up upgrading to an ocean view suite as the first room we were assigned looked onto construction of a new building next door. The entertainment for the kids was great and the Family Selection pool and restaurant were perfect for families travelling with children. ”
