2 bedrooms, 2 full bath, Great view and very comfortable Waterfront condo, few steps from beach

The Spa at Port Royal is a hidden jewel on the island. It is like having your own private beach and it is so peaceful and beautiful. The view of the Sound from porch and the primary bedroom. The landscaped courtyard with lagoon and fountains is unbeatable, especially for the price.

This condo is Located on the second floor (stairs only-no elevator) in building one for the best view of the water. The outdoor porch is equipped with high top chairs and table, best for enjoying the beautiful sunrises and soothing sunsets.

The complex is on the ocean on the Port Royal sound with a natural tidal beach.

It is a beautiful beach for sitting, sunbathing, relaxing, strolling, beach combing and bike rides. The beach is SO private with no crowds. Public beaches are only a 5 minute drive from the condo with public parking.

Sleeps 4:
Master bedroom have a super comfortable king size bed with views of the ocean. 2nd bedroom has super comfortable Queen size bed, Linens and blankets are provided.


Bath Towels and washcloths provided. Bring your own Beach Towels

Hilton Head is a beautiful place. The island's growth was thoughtfully designed to limit commercial impact on the natural beauty. It is a wonderful place to vacation with your family & friends. There is so much to see & do for all ages, and the selection of dining options is unparalleled in low country beach destinations.

NO SMOKING ANYTHING is strictly prohibited inside the condo. Smoking inside will result in the loss of your damage deposit.

There is a full Washer/Dryer. Bring your own detergent and dryer sheets.

The kitchen is stocked with a plates, drinkingi glasses, utensils, pots and pans, toaster, 12 cup drip coffee filters provided. There is also a new Keurig K-cup coffee maker. Bring your own K-cups

• Detergent for the dishwasher & Dawn for hand washing
• Pump liquid hand soaps for the 3 sinks. Refill is under the kitchen sink if needed.

Fishing/Clamming:
You can dig for clams on our beach! It is so fun. Clamming season is October - May and a fishing license is required. You can buy one online or at many locations on the island like Walmart:

Great stay

This was a quick weekend trip and we had an amazing time. Not only was the condo clean but the complex and location was perfect. Right on the water with lots of shade and paths..my son thoroughly enjoyed the koi in the pond. We got to see an eagle on the beach as well. Its a gated property so i felt safe. The only surprise was a 25 dollar charge per car but that wasn't a big deal. I will definitely stay here again!!

Nice relaxing stay.

We had a great visit. A fun getaway for old friends! We enjoy the accommodations and the closeness to the beach. We found everything we needed to use in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms (as promised) to make our stay more comfortable. Thank you Kathy for providing us with a comfy/cozy place to enjoy catching up on old times and making new memories!

Beautiful views, we really loved being on the sound. So quite and peaceful. The complex is really nice and clean. The room was as described, had everything that you needed. Loved being able to sit on the balcony and look at the water and watch planes fly over since it's close to the airport. Look forward to coming back again.

Much needed mommy vacation

This was exactly what me and my best friend needed. The condo was beautiful and the location was so peaceful. Even though it rained, we couldn't have asked for a better place to be for a weekend getaway. Will definitely be back.

Secluded area of HHI

The condo was on the north side of the island and away from all the crowds but close enough to all the activities/restaurants the island has to offer. The beach was nice since there was not a lot of people. The only down fall was the ocean wasn’t facing the Atlantic Ocean technically and a lot of oyster shells so recommend having water shoes if you want to walk in the water. The condo outside scenery was beautiful and like having multiple pool options. Overall great place to stay and we will be back

We stayed in this complex eight times. In this particular unit we stayed second time. The unit is nice, clean and comfortable, second floor (it’s the best level), beautiful views, few steps to the ocean. The shower in the master bathroom is terrific! Love it! If you read attentively all the pages of instructions you’ll find places to eat, entertain yourself, etc. Please check out my previous review from last fall (I believe from November). The host is very responsive and nice. Enjoy your stay!

Great stay for parents of littles

Nice clean property. Loved that the condo was limited on clutter and little objects for our littles to touch and break! The private beach was great for the littles to play in the sand. We loved watching the plays fly directly overhead and watching the wildlife. We also went to Coligny beach another day for water play. Be careful in the water of Port Royal Sound. I ended up cutting myself on an oyster shell. We had trouble accessing the indoor pool and had to go to the outdoor pool instead.

Fabulous location with stunning views from deck...enjoyed my coffee each morning watching the sunrise. Ample parking, excellent kitchen appliances (fell in love with the washer & dryer!), comfy beds, convenient outside bike storage for our rentals, easy access to property with no traffic issues, and beautifully maintained pools. Responsive owner who provided helpful instructions in advance - would highly recommend this rental with its secluded location on the sound!

Property was as described. Communication with owner was excellent. Property was a little dated but very clean. The 2 bedroom and 2 bath set up was perfect for 2 couples as each had a private bathroom connected to their bedroom. We enjoyed being on the quieter end of Hilton Head, but still close to good restaurants. Property is close to the airport and you will hear planes but only during daytime hours. We loved being able to sit on the deck and watch the tides come and go. We would definitely book this condo again!
