“Everything was amazing!!”

“Dirty room. Toilet flush and vent didn't work. Room felt muggy, humid. Sheets and towels were stained.”

“I want to file a complaint on the Sparks manager she was very rude and unruly and told me an untruth about a situation I was looking for my medicine and she said the manager would be there I mean the the housekeeping manager will be there Thursday at 9:00 but when I went there cuz I have been calling and she was hanging the phone up in my face and when I got there she said the manager was not there he told me she didn't have my medicine”

“Breakfast was great they have the world famous grits this hotel was totally great except running out of bath towels was my only issue”

“Pool wasn’t available due to not being cleaned. Room was not ready 6:20pm when we arrived. Very disappointed.”

“The air conditioner didn't work properly. The room stayed around 80 degrees all night. There was no shampoo in the container and only 1 tissue in the box. When I told the guy at the desk about these problems during checkout, he seemed uninterested and didn't say he was sorry or anything. We won't be staying at that location again.”

“We've stayed at this property several times in the past when we visit the area. This time we noticed that they were possibly doing some renovations since there were shipping containers in the parking lot. We did notice that the landscaping was very neglected including at the arrival entrance. The bushes were very overgrown. Only one elevator was working at the time of our visit which caused us to use the stairs for much of our visit since we were on the 2nd floor. The shower is nice but the door……

“Room 212 was so much bigger and nicer than expected. I didn’t arrive until 3am. They accommodated me. We stayed at a luxury hotel in New Orleans the next day. All I could think about was how much nicer this was in comparison. Your hotel even offered Dove soap products. 10/10. Will always stay here.”

“General manager was very helpful and personal. Room was clean except for water in bottom of fridge from freezer section. Small cafe shop was very poorly stocked which made eating in or snacking more difficult for someone who flew in and didn’t have a rental car. Was warned about walking in the area by couple of ride share drivers.”
