"At 9 AM on Sept 15 we asked that the man at the front desk call and get us a taxi to the airport. About 15 minutes later he called again and was told that no taxi was responding to their dispatcher for this ride. He then helped my wife register for the Uber app and request an Uber ride to the airport. The Uber ride showed up within minutes and took us to the airport, where we needed all of our allotted time to catch our plane. I never got his name, but I hope it is not too late to thank him for his knowledge and helpful advice in getting us an Uber. "
"The rooms are well thought out, very comfortable, with a sense of style and a sense of humor that lends warmth and personality. Plenty of towels, pillows, useful kitchen things. The washing machine and dryer are free to operate--luxury to have a set on each floor.
Somebody thought it through very well.
The one niggle is that the three in one shampoo/body wash/bubble bath feels waxy or sticky. Take your own, and encourage them to get a different brand. "

"The townhome was very clean, newly renovated and well-stocked with all the essentials. This house was the perfect size for two couples with plenty of privacy. Brian, the property manager, was very responsive and helpful. Loved the rooftop patio - great place to enjoy takeout dinner or meditate! "

"This beautiful apartment was such a great home away from home in the lovely residential neighborhood of Magnolia. Located close to downtown Seattle and various other unique Seattle neighborhoods with great coffee shops, restaurants, and pubs in walking distant. We found it as clean and spacious as advertised by the hosts with wonderful amenities. We felt cozy and safe. The queen sized bed was comfortable. Our host provided a cute pack & play crib we used for our 15 month old baby. We truely had a great stay! We highly recommend it!"
