"Nice private onsen,view on 1st floor was block by tree,not easy to see the lake view,full of cooking equipment and free capsule coffee was very nice"

"Thanks for the free upgrade to a room with private bath where with the beautiful view of river. Since it is close to the nature, insects are part of them, just get used to it. The room is spacious with wonderful blackout effect, we can't guess the time even at 1000. It is very impressive, we have completely charged for the nights. The spa is for both sex, swimming suits are required. There is free parking. I surely will come back for another relaxing trip."

Everyone was so helpful and welcoming, and I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to all of them. The building is very new, and the view was stunning—especially with the tall green trees, which added to the cool and tranquil atmosphere. I would definitely love to return and stay at this hotel again."

"酒店名字住宿地址完全不正確，根據EMAIL給的地址是去另外一間酒店.要麻煩酒店職員幫忙,才知道是另一間酒店 酒店晚餐要上返斜路,行去對面馬路的酒店食晚餐,還遇著當天落雨,實在感到不方便. 早餐還要拿著托盤取回房間食,而且早餐就是3個麵包加飲品,非常差. 只有入住時見到一位職員和Checkout時見到一位職員,再沒有見過其他的職員."

"The experience was average. Nothing wrong with the facility nor the food. Just with the price quite high, I compare with another hot bath house I had been to, then I would not highly recommend to my friends. The food was ok, just not very impressive. The view was good, hot bath was good. They provided Japanese style clothes, just did not provide choices of design. They did not provide extra snacks nor noodle nor drinks. Nothing wrong with it. Just with other places in Japan providing these extra, I expected to have something similar. The service was good. They serve meals at room, making good privacy. "
