「Bakour resort, Punta Cana • Be aware that most the good reviews are requested by the staff going around asking people to do good reviews favoring them. • This is a GHOST resort, don’t waste your money on this place. 「The room was clean and had a nice view of the city plus a balcony area. We took our cat on this trip and in the room there was a little bed for the cat and bowls for water and food. So thoughtful and accommodating. It was easy to explore Santiago because everything was nearby from the hotel location - and McDonalds was across the street. Convenient! 」

「I traveled with my elderly mom who uses a walker. The staff was extremely accommodating, professional, helpful and most of all genuinely friendly. From the moment we walked in, til the time we left, everyone made us feel welcome and it truly makes all the difference in the world. Loved the fact that it has its own private beach. Only downside no shows or entertainment other than the casino. Hopefully there will be shows in the future because we definitely want to go back.」
