"I have been to my fair share of All Inclusive's, I will say this is the best one yet. My room and the property were very clean. They even came and cleaned up the room sometimes twice a day. The staff was very nice and helpful at all times. Food was really good for an all inclusive. I will say this is not a party resort but the nightlife is pretty decent. There is usually people in the sports bar and main lobby bar up until 12 then they have a small club just off the lobby until 1am. All in all If your thinking about this resort I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. I will definitely be back"

"Our group had a memorable vacation at Barcelo Punta Cana, but we were deeply disappointed by one issue and want to warn others to be careful when booking airport transfers. We paid $90 to "Destination" for round-trip transfers between the airport and the hotel, yet they only provided the trip to the hotel. When it was time to leave, they failed to show up to take us back to the airport. We contacted the hotel to reach out to them, but were told they weren't coming; we were forced to pay an additional $45 to avoid missing our flight. Waiting for a long time in the scorching heat was a terrible experience. The point is, we would have gladly paid that money if the service had been reliable and professional, rather than being set up like this—had we missed our flight, it could have cost us thousands of dollars"

"Clean and bigger room, mini fridge full, wine and rum, coffee/tea machine in the room, excellent view, balcony jacuzzi, nice and attentive staff in all areas, bars in the pool, the Italian restaurant is the best. Will improve more games or maybe animate music in the pool."

"We had an absolutely amazing stay. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the entire experience was unforgettable. A special shoutout to our butler, Dionisio, who was truly the best. He went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. He beautifully decorated all three of our rooms with birthday decorations and arranged three of our dinner reservations. His attention to detail, kindness, and exceptional service made our celebration even more memorable. We are so grateful for everything he did for us! Thank you for an amazing stay—we will definitely be back"

"The hotel was well maintained. Rooms were spacious and clean. Food outstanding and the variety’s endless. So much to choose from . My only request is to diversify the music a little bit. DJ was great but a variety of music would have been nice."
