“Everything was perfect about this trip. Clean room, friendly and kind staff, nice big pool! Rooms had AC. I went with my parents and u fortunately I had to sleep on a cot, there wasn’t a twin bed which sucked. Only negative is that there weren’t any excursions or activities to do at the resort (paddle boarding, jet ski, etc) only kayaking and snorkeling. The resort didn’t have many activities to participate in.”

“The resort was clean, but that's the only positive thing I can say. The staff were rude, getting drinks was difficult, and dinner reservations were almost impossible to get. The food was so bad that we left the resort to eat several times, even though we paid for an all-inclusive stay. Pool chairs were hard to find, and you had to pay extra for shaded beach chairs, which should have been included. The towel system was also frustrating, and fresh towels were difficult to get. “This hotel is located in the heart of everything. We practically walked to Restaurants, Museums, etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The island is very safe. We felt so safe that we took public transportation to the beach and the aquarium. Our floor had a Starbucks and a man made beach with a bar/restaurant. You had to be there to understand. Amazing! When I return to Curacao, I will stay here again. Best experience ever.”

“My husband and I stayed at Art Hotel to celebrate my birthday and our 26th wedding anniversary. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and in a great location. Our ocean-view room was stunning, and the front desk staff was warm, welcoming, and even helped coordinate decorations for my birthday, which I truly appreciated. “Staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was not squeaky clean but clean enough. It is an older building so keep that in mind, things won’t be new and modern. I didn’t like that all the windows wouldn’t shut - meaning others could look inside and see me. However I didn’t spend a whole lot of time in the room and there wasn’t a lot of foot traffic outside.
