Fantastic hotel. Good size room, comfortable bed and clean room. The buffet breakfast was fantastic and the staff were very helpful. Would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

This was a wonderful, central hotel for shopping, dining and other amenities! Staff were excellent, spotless rooms and a fantastic breakfast!! Beautiful rooftop pool and lounge with great views. Would definitely return!

Hotel lobby and room are clean and nicely decorated and welcoming. Infinity Pool is clean with gorgeous views, and the bar next to it is very nice. Breakfast place and food are great with friendly staff. Front desk staff and bell boys are very friendly and helpful. Would come back to stay.

The staff team were all terrific and super helpful. We really loved the buffet breakfast fast and recommendations from the hotel team on different local experiences to explore, and it was really conveniently located so we could get daily walk to most things and see more of the city.

The hotel has been there for quite some ages, so you can see the equipment is old. Also the design of the room does not make sense, like it is behind the door. So every time I have to close the door first in order to use the toilet. The location is quite good. Some staffs are quite friendly and willing to help.

Good value would stay there again clean and in a good location staff where excellent taxi lined up in front of the hotel and they were honest no tricks restaurant was excellent with a great view at night

Would stay here again

The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with a huge bed and good AC. No refrigerator, only a cooler box. Excellent breakfast in terms of quality and range. Only one lift for guests, which was a little slow. The pool is lovely and the hotel is well located in the city where most places that we wanted to access were easily walkable.

All the staff at Paradise Saigon is so friendly and helpful! If I could give more stars I would. Dinning at the hotel was phenomenal every dish we tried was made to order fresh & delicious. We used laundry service during our stay the whole process was very professional, convenient and reasonable. Location of the hotel is amazing everything is within walking distance.
